    -Read!  Keep Reading Log updated.
(Ideally, students, you should read every night for at least 15-20 minutes.  Try to
read at least 5-6 times per week if you can't read every night.  Find a book that you get
excited about and really want to read!  Fall in love with reading!)

    Spelling

    -None
(Students, complete 1-2 activities per night, spending just 5-10 minutes a night on Spelling.
That way, you practice the words repeatedly over a number of days.  Do not attempt to
complete the contract all in one night!  Completing a portion of it each evening is a solid
strategy and good habit to develop.

Please note:  Students may retake any spelling test on which he/she did poorly.
However, in order to do so, the student must write each word he/she missed ten times each
This assignment will be the "ticket to retake the test" and must be handed in within two days after the test.
The re-test will be held on the third day after the test is given back.
