On Wednesday, April 15th, our Drone Club had an incredible opportunity to train with a drone instructor from Harrisburg University!
Students got hands-on experience flying larger drones with amazing camera capabilities and thermal sensors, navigated obstacle courses, and learned directly from a professional FAA licensed drone operator. đ„

Huge thank you to Mrs. Fortenbaugh for taking on the challenge of launching our new Drone Club! đ She completed specialized training and is now teaching students how to safely fly dronesâhelping them build valuable skills that can lead to exciting future career opportunities.
