School Profile
Newport School District is located in central Pennsylvania nestled on the bank of the Juniata River. Newport, one of four Perry County school districts, serves the townships of Buffalo, Howe, Juniata, Miller, and Oliver as well as the borough of Newport.
The District has three primary buildings: Central Administration, an Elementary School, and a Middle/High School. The District also offers K-12 online learning through the Newport Cyber Academy Program (NCAP).
Our student enrollment typically ranges between 1,000 and 1,100 students in grades Kindergarten through 12th Grade.
